Trend & Analyze Performance

Quickly see the fruits of your equipment monitoring efforts through a wide variety of simple charts and graphs that reveal the true performance of your facility. Equipment can be analyzed individually or compared side-by-side to others within the same type.

  • Single Numerical Item with Average shows each data point for a given metric with a moving average over a period of time.
  • Multiple Numerical Items show each data point for several metrics within a single asset or across multiple.
  • Selection Item Totalizer shows the total condition choices made for a given metric within an asset in either a bar or pie chart layout.
  • Numeric Item Comparison provides a snapshot of identical metrics across multiple assets and lists the high, low, and average value for each.

Stay on Top of Scheduled Activities

Scheduling reports help to maintain your preventive maintenance program by ensuring activities are completed on time while allowing you to review previous events so that the necessary parts and labor can be secured.

  • Schedule Overview lists overdue activities at the top in red to emphasize priority while also listing approaching schedules based on lead time.
  • Scheduled Completions outline the percentage activities that have been completed on time based on their schedule.

Identify Issues & Potential Failures

  • Log Exceptions show any exceptional conditions recorded on a single piece of equipment within a given time range.
  • All Log Exceptions show any exceptional condition across the entire facility within a given time range.
  • Journal Exceptions show any event log recorded within a given journal that were categorized as an exceptional condition.
