Site Based Licensing

The PlantLog CMMS is licensed on a 'per site' basis.

A site is defined as a single location with its own verifiable address or description, which consists of no
more than 3 independent buildings with a maximum of 500,000 facility square feet. Quotes can be
provided for campus locations or operations that do not meet the above definitions on a per case basis.

Thee are no limitations to the number of users, software installations and mobile devices used in the PlantLog CMMS provided they all remain on the same premise as the site license was issued for.

Monthly Lease

Software

PlantLog site license can be leased on a monthly basis. This option includes technical support and software updates. There is no term commitment and you can cancel any time.

Hardware

Mobile devices and accessories can be leased on a monthly basis, and includes support and priority replacements of faulty hardware at no additional cost.

Full Purchase

Software

PlantLog site licenses can be purchased at a one time price that grants non expiring usage of the software for the designated site. First 90 days of support and updates is included. Optional annual maintenance contract provides ongoing support and updates and is calculated at 15% of the purchase price for the first year with a 1% increase each additional year.

Hardware

Mobile device hardware can be purchased directly. Support is provided so long as the customer is on a valid maintenance contract or monthly lease. All hardware comes with a one year manufacturer warranty. Repairs not covered by warranty or for out of warranty hardware are charged separately.
