3467: Modified the Add Group/System button and Add System Item buttons in PlantLog Admin to no longer display choice dialogs but rather popup a list of options that are currently available. This reduces the number of user clicks by 1 for each action and also reduces mouse movement for greater speed.

3463: Modified version level detection of PlantLog clients so that direct connections to database are no longer necessary. This will permit future hard updates to database while maintaining version detection.

3460: Improved performance of the All System Exceptions report and the System Exceptions report. Increases of 5X previous speed can be expected.

3457: All dialogs for adding or editing a system item now show the same screenshot within a rendering of the standard PlantLog mobile devices.
