How many data points can be tracked with a Log?

A Log is primarily used to track all information related to a single autonomous system or asset. Up to 6 different types of activities can be scheduled and assigned to a Log. Each Activity can have its own list of data points (Items) or they can be shared across multiple activities. The total amount of data points that can be collected in a Log is 999.

How does the 45 day trial work?

There are no usage limits to your trial account. If you choose a paid account at the end of the trial period, you will need to provide payment information. We will contact you and arrange a personalized walkthrough of the software to help make the most of your trial period.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. PlantLog is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term commitments. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll only be billed for the current month but won't be billed again.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

All of the data you input into your PlantLog account belongs to you. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with all of your data within a ZIP archive file.

How do I determine what plan is right for my site?

The two primary factors in determining the right plan for your site are the total number of assets you plan on tracking and the total number of people that will either be performing tasks in the field or reviewing data and running reports. Typically, you will use one Log to represent each asset you are tracking and one User for each person that will use the software. If you have slightly more assets or people than a particular plan is allotted for, you can add specific data extensions, which often can be more economical than upgrading to the next subscription plan.

Can I change my plan type at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription plan at any time. You can also downgrade your subscription plan provided the amount of data is at or below the thresholds of the plan you are downgrading to.

Are there per user fees?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. For example, the Plus account is for up to 15 users. This means you only pay the monthly amount no matter how many users you have provided it's 15 or less.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We can also invoice monthly on net 30 terms with a PO that encompasses at least one year of subscription costs based on your current account.
